Paid Entries are non-refundable once the Entry Period for that month's Prize Draw has ended, as stated in the Draw Rules.
All prices and charges are listed in US dollars.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

If you cancel before the Entry Period for the Prize Draw has ended and before your Personalized Creation enters fulfillment, you may request a refund for that month's Paid Entry.

4. Impact of Cancellation:

Canceling before completing six payments will result in the forfeiture of your Personalized Creation.
After six successful payments, you have seven working days to cancel the delivery of your Personalized Creation.
If no cancellation request is received within this period, your Personalized Creation will proceed to fulfillment. Once fulfillment begins, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.

5. Final Sale Terms:

Personalized Creations are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your Personalized Creation arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days at contact@yoursleo.com for assistance.

6. Auto-Renewal:

Your Jewelry Surprise subscription auto-renews every six months after completing six monthly payments.
A new Personalized Creation will be delivered every six months unless the subscription is canceled.
